Established in 2007, Shenzhen Jinchangming Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer with over 18 years of experience specializing in the design and manufacture of zinc and aluminum alloy die-casting molds, as well as the production of various zinc and aluminum alloy die-cast products.

We operate a fully integrated in-house production process, covering product development, design, mold manufacturing, die-casting, machining, CNC milling, CNC turning, polishing and tumbling, high-performance shot blasting, and baking paint finishing.

Our products include complete sets of hardware fittings for hotel locks and smart locks, as well as precision electronic hardware components for new energy vehicles, bicycles, robotics, lighting, medical, and communication industries, together with metal craft and gift items.

• Die-casting machines: 7 sets in total, including 500-ton and 280-ton cold-chamber machines, and 280-ton, 200-ton, 160-ton and 88-ton hot-chamber machines
• Mold room equipment: 16 sets

• Post-processing equipment: 18 sets
• Large shot blasting machine: 1 set
• Polishing machines: 10 sets
• Spray painting lines: 2 (robotic automatic spraying and manual spraying)
